Our Enoteca of Vintage Wines
Very often - and unlike red and white wines that we keep quite happily for years in our cellars - Champagnes are opened in the weeks and months following their arrival at the home of the amateur.
However, champagne is also a wine meant for aging: when maturing, it gains in purity and complexity, and when it is kept in optimal conditions, its aromatic palette becomes magical and transcendent. A mature Champagne has the talent to awaken all your senses and is able to move you with every sip.
The Cuvées of our Enoteca have been aging in the bottles. The labels are affixed few days before the departure to customers.
